Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation more than 15 days before your arrival. In this scenario your deposit, cleaning fee and security deposit are fully refundable.

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking within 15 days, unless there are government border closures after your booking is made. In this case, you can rearrange your holiday for different dates, or you can choose to be refunded in full. The cancellation is fully refundable if you have valid reason (e.g. hospital appointment) and you can prove it with legal documents.

Please always check the restrictions and laws about leaving your country (eg tests, quarantine etc) and whether you are permitted to enter Spain.

If you are not allowed to enter Spain because you missed a COVID test or other required action, your booking is non-refundable also.

We do not require a Covid test or vaccine passport, but it should be your own responsibility to not travel if you are not feeling well.
