Reservation Policy
The property is available to rent all year around. The prices vary by month.

The quoted prices are per night for the apartment. A booking is for a minimum of 3 nights (no refunds are available if you leave early).

The cleaning fee is €80, and the €200 security deposit are added to the final price. The €200 security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, once the apartment has been checked for damage.

Secure your booking by paying 25% of the total amount of your stay.
​
The remaining 75% of your rent is payable 15 days before your holiday.
If this amount is not paid within 15 days of your arrival date, you will lose the reservation and your deposit.

By Spanish law, every guest (age over 16) need to be registered at Guardia Civil within 24 hours of their check-in. You can do it by yourself on the application or I can do it for your after you have sent me all the following details:
- name and surname of each guests from 16 years old
- nationality
- date of birth
- issue and expiry date of the identity document
- series of identity document
- holiday date.

Failing sending these details before your check-in day causes cancelling your holiday without refund. I will send you the link after the whole amount is received and you can fill the form yourself or if you want me to do it, please send all the above details to my email address:
